At Soto Language Academy, we know that happy children do better at school, which is why we focus on making English learning fun. Our courses encourage children to learn and experiment with the language in a safe, stimulating, and supportive classroom environment.
All courses have been specifically designed by experienced teachers, with a great passion for the language and expertise in teaching children.
They mainly focus on:
- Encouraging children to speak
● Playing and interacting naturally and enjoyably with one another (using songs, rhymes, stories, games, etc.)
● Practicing speaking, listening, reading, and writing (presentations, role play, debates, etc.)

Teenagers
Students aged 12 to 17 often come with certain expectations—sometimes their own, but often from their parents. At this age, the main goal is usually to pass their school subject, although there may also be motivation to obtain a specific certificate, or to improve their speaking skills in order to travel and gain deeper knowledge of the language. These students will first take a placement test and will be grouped according to their results.
Our courses have been specifically designed to match the way teenagers learn and are taught by highly experienced teachers with a true passion for the English language.
They are mainly focused on:
- Encouraging students to gain confidence speaking in public
● Playing and interacting with each other
● Practicing speaking, active listening, reading, and writing (presentations, games, icebreakers, etc.)
● Using new technologies and modern teaching techniques
● Working in small groups
● Communicating confidently in English
Our general English courses can also help your child prepare for Cambridge English exams – Preliminary (PET), First (FCE), and Advanced (CAE).
Adults
For students aged 18 and over, all suitable options will be offered, and more can be added if required.
As adults, there are many challenges when it comes to learning a second language.
