Native English Teachers
To ensure our students speak English correctly, all our teachers are native speakers, preventing common pronunciation and grammar errors. Students are constantly exposed to authentic English through videos and audios from original British and American TV channels, including competitions, talent shows, and more.
Focus on the Four Essential Language Skills
When children learn a language, they don’t focus on grammar—they learn by listening first, then speaking, reading, and writing. This is the methodology we follow:
Listening: Listening is an active process and the most natural way to learn a language. Children, for example, start learning their native language simply by listening.
Speaking: Speaking is the primary goal of language learning. At Soto Language Academy, it is our main focus. We do everything possible to encourage and help students speak English, no matter their level.
Reading: Reading in a new language is a fantastic way to expand knowledge and skills, improving vocabulary, spelling, and pronunciation. At Soto Language Academy, we ensure our students achieve this perfectly.
Writing: Being able to write clearly is essential. Poor writing can lead to misunderstandings. We teach students to be precise, effective, and confident in written expression.
Continuous Learning
We know that one, two, three, or even four hours per week is not enough to learn a language quickly. That’s why we’ve designed several fun methods to engage students daily:
WhatsApp Learning: Every day, students participate in exciting social media exchanges (WhatsApp) to learn an idiom or phrasal verb.
Virtual Classrooms: Our classrooms extend into the virtual world, allowing students to access notes, videos, audios, and other materials from anywhere.
Library: Students are encouraged to read various books to improve vocabulary and comprehension. Our library offers over 260 books for all levels, available through our lending system.
Learning Outside the Academy: Free activities are offered outside the classroom to enrich vocabulary and have fun in groups. Field trips are organized at least once a year.
